Originally from Maine, David was lured by the pristine beauty of this area and of the sand and the waters of the Emerald Coast in 1984 to call this area of Florida home. Johns first trip to the Beaches of South Walton was in 1984, bought his first property here in 1994 and has been active in the local real estate sales market ever since. John received his Brokers license in 2006, and actively sold condominium homes with Adagio Realty, Inc. He then moved to South Walton Land & Development, LLC, and came to Sun Sand & Sea Beach Realty, LLC at the end of 2011. John is from Atlanta, Georgia, has two business degrees from Georgia State University, and has held numerous administrative, financial and IT positions. John is very knowledgeable of the local market and enjoys assisting buyers and sellers in meeting their real estate needs.

Originally from the metropolitan New York area, Pam is a graduate of Manhattanville College with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Pam started in real estate with eleven personal home sales and closings, and had “up-close and personal experience” buying and selling real estate!!! Pam and her husband purchased one of their properties at the beach in 1979, and made South Walton their home with the construction of their present home in 1997. She obtained her Florida real estate Sales Associate license in 2006, and along with Kathy Hasbrouck as her Broker Associate partner, Pam has successfully sold a number of properties in both South Walton and Bay County here on the Emerald Coast. Satisfying Buyers desires with Seller’s beautiful beach properties is her ultimate goal and what she does best!!!
